I am interested in the usefulness and effectiveness of games in the classroom as a supplemental resource to reinforce concepts, inspire creativity and foster higher-level thinking.
I love trivia! Knowledge Mine is a great mix of complex and simple questions, though the game takes some time to get familiar with first. You need to create a Spongelab account to play games on their site. You will definitely need to read the instructions before playing. It's complex at first, but the more you play and understand the rules, the more you can implement strategy. One complaint is that there is no explanation of correct answer if time runs out.
